Patricia "Chot" Fernandez
is a Filipina TV host, actress, model, and beauty pageant winner. She is crowned Binibining Pilipinas - International at the Araneta Coliseum last March 8, 2008, in the Philippines City of the Stars Quezon City.
She completed a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication, cum laude, from the University of the Philippines-Diliman in 2007.
She also has had much success in her career as a commercial model, having shot over two dozen television and print commercials.
